Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors.
M.J. Industries is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from machine failure.

Spare parts will be charged separately unless included in the service agreement.
We ensure quality parts; however, availability may affect timelines.

Clients must provide proper access to machinery and working conditions.
Accurate information about machine issues must be shared for effective service.

Service requests can be cancelled before work begins.
Any costs incurred prior to cancellation may be charged.
